Rachel
is a graduate of the Medicine Hat College Massage Therapy Program
(Spring 2010) completing over 2200 hours of training, and was inducted
into the Honour Society of Phi Theta Kappa her graduating year.
She is
very well educated in postural assessments, remedial care, orthopedic
testing, as well as coming up with special treatment plans for a variety
of injuries such as sciatica, lower back pain, headaches, rotator cuff
injuries, tendonitis, muscle strains and ligament sprains.
She
provides treatment using myofascial techniques, cranial sacral, hot
stone massage, TMJ release, visceral release, relaxation and pregnancy
massage. Rachel educates clients on how to maintain a healthy body the
Holistic way.
She enjoys the outdoors, travelling, running, snowboarding, reading, volunteer work and enjoys working with people.
